Hammond, La. The Lion and Lady Lion cross country teams will travel to Lake Charles on Friday to compete in the 2013 Southland Conference Cross Country Championships. The event will be held at Ward 3 Recreation Complex and will feature a women's 6k race at 8:30 & a men's 8k race at 9:30 am.
